Our pipeline
From single agent trials to combination: focused development programs to improve immunotherapy of solid tumors.
We develop TME-anchored CD28 costimulation approaches for combinations with Signal 1 programs including TCEs, cancer vaccines and next-generation formats.
Our Pipeline
A pipeline spanning multiple tumor types and therapeutic combinations.
Our pipeline applies the TWYCE approach across multiple development paths. Single agent trials evaluating our CD3 TCEs CC-1 and CC-3 prepare for the combinatorial trial comprising BiCo-3 dose escalation followed by combination arms with TCEs and cancer vaccination. BiCo-3 has completed preclinical proof of concept and is undergoing IND filing; the FIH clinical trial is planned to start recruitment Q4 2026.
- Signal 1 — tumor targeting
- Signal 2 — costimulation
- Combination — S1 + S2
- Future outlook
Bar color = signal · bar length = development stage
S1 PSMA × CD3 TCE
Targets PSMA+ tumor cells & vasculature
S1 FLT3 × CD3 TCE
S1 B7-H3 × CD3 TCE
CD3 engagement across B7-H3+ tumors
S2 FAP × CD28 bispecific costimulator
Lead Signal 2: boosts Signal 1, does not trigger T cells alone
S1 CC-1 (PSMA × CD3) or CC-3 (B7-H3 × CD3)
S2 BiCo-3 (FAP × CD28)
S1 Peptide vaccine (HLA-presented antigens)
S2 BiCo-3 (FAP × CD28)
S1 + S2 TAA × CD3 × CD28 trispecific Ab
Both signals in one molecule, tumor-restricted
